This is the TED talk from TED 2012 That You Need to See

And to illustrate the difference between what happens live and what happens when you just see something after the fact, on video, this talk by Bryan Stevenson earlier this year at TED 2012 was by far the most impactful TED talk I have seen in five years of attending TED on the audience at hand.  YET, it only has about 600,000 views, compared to the many millions of views on some TED talks (often not from actual TED events) that are by comparison and in my opinion totally bush league.

Watching this video would be the best use of your coffee break that I can think of:
