By doing a series of live shows. Which immediately sell out.
For whatever bizarre confluence of reasons, Charlie Sheen has stumbled upon the biggest windfall of his career, and whether the interest in him is genuine admiration and fandom or at least partly a joke at his expense is irrelevant to my point, which is this:
What happens now when somebody realizes they’re sitting atop a mountain of public interest and want to capitalize on it? They do a tour. They create a live event.
Eventually, this will probably take the form of recordings or another TV show, but at the top of the entertainment pyramid is a live show, and, as amazing as it might be, they are selling as fast as NFL playoff tickets.
