No date for publication has been established yet, but I want to let everyone know that our upcoming Edition (in mid-October) is focused on Customer Experience.
We’ve been talking a lot about leadership, and specifically how the Live Entertainment industry can become the leader of not just the entertainment industry, but the culture itself. There is, in my view, one key to this, and that’s become truly audience-centered. And you simply can’t do that without spending a lot of time thinking about the customer (or patron or audience) experience.
So we’re gathering some interesting commentators, including Frank Eliason who famously has made Comcast’s Twitter presence legendary, as well as some thoughts from Tony Hsieh and his team at Zappos.
So stay tuned. More to come. It should be a really important Edition. And an interesting read too!
